All the months of the year excluding high season: R1800 per day (if rented with annex R2800)
High season
Coincides with the school holidays in the Western Cape Province, generally from 7 December till the first week in January, and includes Easter weekend in April: R3350 per day (if rented with annex R4500)
Please note:
A minimum stay of two nights is required.
Rates are negotiable depending on the duration of your stay, and special rates may be available during the week and especially during winter.
During peak season the main house and annex are available as one unit only.
When planning your stay in the main house at Woelwaters, please remember the following:
- Accommodation is limited to seven adults.
- The house and kitchen are fully equipped including a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Linen is supplied, but please bring your own beach and bath towels.
- As an energy saving measure the geysers will still be switched off at arrival. The switches are clearly marked above the fridge in the main house kitchen. Kindly switch off on departure. Thank you!
- It is advisable to bring your own braai grid.
- There is a DSTV decoder (but without smart card) in the main house.
- No pets please.

High season coincides with the school holidays in the Western Cape Province, generally from 7 December till 18 January, and includes Easter weekend in April: R1150 per day
When planning your stay in the annex at Woelwaters, please remember the following:
- Accommodation is limited to four adults.
- The house and kitchen are fully equipped.
- Linen is supplied, but please bring your own beach and bath towels.
- As an energy saving measure the geysers will still be switched off at arrival. The switches are clearly marked above the fridge in the main house kitchen. Kindly switch off on departure. Thank you!
- It is advisable to bring your own braai grid.
- No pets please.

Payment of rental indemnifies the lessor Jordaan Family Trust and/or its employees of any liability for injury and damages incurred by the deponent, lessee and/or any person(s) occupying, visiting or entering the property at 81 Atlantic Drive Onrus River. These deponents accept full responsibility for all individuals occupying and/or entering the said premises.
